Technical features
A water conditioner is a monoblock consisting of a cooling circuit, a control board, an air purification system, several fans that direct air flows to the serviced premises.

- The heat exchanger of the evaporator is air;
- Condenser water heat exchanger;
- Expansion unit.
A number of manufacturers add a heat pump and electric heaters to the design.
Air conditioning system
An air conditioning system based on a water conditioner consists of the following main components:
- The air conditioner itself is water-cooled, mounted in specially designated areas of the serviced premises. Air conditioners cool, warm, purify the air, mix the air from the street and bring the humidity in the room to the required level;
- Cooling towers or air coolers. They are mounted on roofs and are needed to remove heat into the atmosphere;
- Pipelines, air pumps, filters, expansion tanks, and valve systems;
- If necessary, a boiler is introduced into the circuit to heat water in the cold season.
Antifreeze or water is used as a heat carrier.
Advantages of a water conditioner system
- Reliability... Even if one of the water cooled air conditioners fails, air conditioning of the entire building will continue;
- Small heat loss... During cooling, the heating circuit is filled with water with a temperature of about 40 degrees. Therefore, the pipeline practically does not generate heat. This means that in some cases it is possible to save on thermal insulation for the hydraulic circuit;
- Ease of use... Different rooms can be set to different temperatures, which will be maintained with high precision. They are achieved due to the stability of the temperature in the water cooling circuit of the air conditioner condenser. The constancy of the microclimate of the premises is guaranteed regardless of the parameters of the air outside;
- Profitability... In total, each of the water-cooled air conditioners does not work so long, quickly bringing the microclimate parameters to the required ones. Therefore, less energy is consumed.
